PAYMENT METHODS
All payments must be USD by Zelle, Business Check. Other forms of payment can be discussed.

PROJECT CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Customers are entitled to make cancellations at any time. An assessment on time already spent on project/artwork and/or research for imagery and design conception will be factored in refund amount determination. Refunds may be offered for a portion of payment/deposit, if the project was started but not completed based on the status of project completion.  Some payments/deposits made may not be refundable if Amidknight Creation LLC paid a vendor(s) or 3rd party to cover assets needed for project (ie. stock imagery, domain registration, hosting, printing services, etc.)

If a Design, Web or Print commission/project is started by Amidknight Creation LLC and client becomes unresponsive to repeated attempts (2 or more via email/text or phone calls within a 14 day timeline) for needed approval and/or feedback in order to move forward pertaining to said project this project will be considered an abandoned project. Any future or  additional work on Abandoned projects may incur addition fees and/or we can choose to discontinue further work on project at the discretion of Amidknight Creation, LLC without refund.

DEPOSITS
Upfront 50% deposit is required for all new or existing clients that have projects that may require purchasing of stock images / licensees to software or other membership and/or are sent for contract printing or other related services. Deposits made to Amidknight Creation, LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in writing.

PRINTING & OTHER CONTRACT SERVICES
All printing / finishing or contract services must be paid in full and artwork must approved before we proceed to production. Production time line may vary depending on project details. Once Amidknight Creation, LLC sends client approved artwork to production, if any changes are requested they will incur additional reprint/redesign fee as production can begin at any time after approval/payment.

QUOTATIONS / ESTIMATES
Quotes are good for 30 days. A quotation not accepted within 30 days may be changed. Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Amidknight Creation, LLC can requote a job at the time of submission if copy, disks or other input materials do not conform to the information on which the original quotation was based. Cost estimates provided without having seen final art and specifications are tentative to receipt and approval of same. Orders placed with Amidknight Creation, LLC. are to the client’s knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order. RUSH SERVICE CHARGES WILL BE QUOTED SEPARATELY and AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS ACKNOWLEDGED. TROUBLESHOOTING ARTWORK OR FILES PROVIDED CAN AFFECT THIS RUSH SERVICE. NEED BY DATE MUST BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF QUOTATION REQUEST TO INSURE US ALL OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET YOUR DEADLINE!

PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our web portfolio, share the designs we created for you on our social media. Website credit to the footer of your website. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE 
Acceptance of orders are subject to Amidknight Creation LLC approval and contingencies such as fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, acts of God, Volcano, Giant Flying Rabbits and other causes beyond the provider’s control. We do reserve the right to use our sole discretion in refusing to print anything we deem improper or known to be illegal.

COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK
Designs/Artwork created at Amidknight Creation LLC, are custom-created and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Please note that we reserve the right to use stock images in our projects (especially for advertising, marketing and promotion of your business).

ARTWORK REVISIONS
Revisions are included in all designs do not usually incur a fee if it will take less then 30 minutes. Revisions/ Modifications after approval that take more than 30 minutes will add additional charges based off our hourly fee.

ABANDONED PROJECTS
A project will be considered abandoned if customer has not responded to our repeated attempts (2 or more) to communicate in a period of more than 30 days. If after the 30 day period has expired, contact is made to us by customer about design/project a restart up fee may apply. Unless abandoned project is paid in full customer relinquishes rights to use/received either native or files in reference to project artwork.

CONTRACT WITH Amidknight Creation LLC.
By entering into a project with Amidknight Design LLC, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. Estimates, Quotes or invoices are issued for client review and approval. Once client approves terms (In person, via email or by text) deposit is required the contract will begin. If client requests changes or revisions to original terms additional fees can apply. ie (adding additional services such as printing more than originally quoted,  requiring additional or hardcopy proofs, a complete redesign of a project after approving direction). 

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This privacy notice pertains to all information collected or submitted on the Amidknight Creation website. Personal information, including name, address, email address, phone number, may be collected on pages where you have inquires or make requests, or register for materials. We do not SELL any of your information to any 3rd party vendor. In the creation of web based promotion or website design we might share only required information (ie. when purchasing domain names, SSL certificates, hosting & security)  in order to acquire services or products requested.
However, if we create digital, online or promotional materials or complete websites, we can not control how the public information is used by strangers. ie. (if your promo goes viral and you start to receive email or phone calls that are spam – based on the information that we made public to promote your brand or business we cannot stop spam) although I wish we had that ability. I do not want to buy a car warranty and my google ranking cant possibly need as much attention.
