PAYMENT METHODS
All payments must be USD by Zelle, Business Check. Other forms of payment can be discussed.
PROJECT CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers are entitled to make cancellations at any time. An assessment on time already spent on project/artwork and/or research for imagery and design conception will be factored in refund amount determination. Refunds may be offered for a portion of payment/deposit, if the project was started but not completed based on the status of project completion. Some payments/deposits made may not be refundable if Amidknight Creation LLC paid a vendor(s) or 3rd party to cover assets needed for project (ie. stock imagery, domain registration, hosting, printing services, etc.)
DEPOSITS
Upfront 50% deposit is required for all new or existing clients that have projects that may require purchasing of stock images / licensees to software or other membership and/or are sent for contract printing or other related services. Deposits made to Amidknight Creation, LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in writing.
PRINTING & OTHER CONTRACT SERVICES
All printing / finishing or contract services must be paid in full and artwork must approved before we proceed to production. Production time line may vary depending on project details. Once Amidknight Creation, LLC sends client approved artwork to production, if any changes are requested they will incur additional reprint/redesign fee as production can begin at any time after approval/payment.
PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our web portfolio, share the designs we created for you on our social media. Website credit to the footer of your website. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.
COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK
Designs/Artwork created at Amidknight Creation LLC, are custom-created and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Please note that I reserve the right to use stock images in my projects (especially for advertising, marketing and promotion of your business).
ARTWORK REVISIONS
Revisions are included in all designs do not usually incur a fee if it will take less then 30 minutes. Revisions/ Modifications after approval that take more than 30 minutes will add additional charges based off our hourly fee.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
A project will be considered abandoned if customer has not responded to our repeated attempts (2 or more) to communicate in a period of more than 30 days. If after the 30 day period has expired, contact is made to us by customer about design/project a restart up fee may apply. Unless abandoned project is paid in full customer relinquishes rights to use/received either native or files in reference to project artwork.
CONTRACT WITH Amidknight Creation LLC
By entering into a project with Amidknight Design LLC, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. Once invoices and quotes are issued and agreed upon deposit is required.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This privacy notice pertains to all information collected or submitted on the Amidknight Creation website. Personal information, including name, address, email address, phone number, may be collected on pages where you have inquires or make requests, or register for materials. We do not SELL any of your information to any 3rd party vendor. In the creation of web based promotion or website design we might share only required information (ie. when purchasing domain names, SSL certificates, hosting & security) in order to acquire services or products requested.
